MLS listing via a licensed agent

Your property is entered on the MLS by an affiliated licensed Illinois agent, so it syndicates to the major real estate platforms and reaches buyer agents across the market.

Coordination, edits, and monitoring

We actively coordinate the listing, make ongoing edits to your showcase site as price, status, or photos change, and monitor traffic with periodic reporting.

The $250 difference: this package is the $1,500 Showcase package plus a $250 layer that adds the MLS listing, active coordination, ongoing edits, and traffic monitoring, for a total of $1,750 per property.

How the MLS listing works

  1. You request the packageWe confirm by email and provide the written agreement, including the MLS coordination terms, for you to review before any work begins.
  2. We build your showcase marketingProfessional photography and your custom showcase website, the same premium marketing as the Showcase package.
  3. A licensed agent places the MLS listingAn affiliated licensed Illinois agent, Montserrat Fernandez Velasco or Chris Katsulis of the Nav Agency, enters your property on the MLS. In Illinois only a licensed broker can do this, which is why a licensed agent handles the MLS entry and its compliance.
  4. We coordinate and keep it currentWe coordinate the listing, make ongoing edits, and monitor traffic with periodic reporting throughout the term.

Important about the MLS listing: the MLS entry is performed by a separate licensed Illinois agent, not by Sell Chicago Properties, which is not a brokerage. A separate listing arrangement with that licensed agent may be required, and that licensed agent is responsible for MLS and fair housing compliance. Any buyer agent commission you choose to offer is your decision. The three to four business day timing is a target that depends on your completed information and the licensed agent's review, and it is not a guarantee.
