Montserrat Fernandez Velasco is a licensed Illinois real estate agent, the operating principal of MFV Real Estate, LLC, and an agent affiliated with The Nav Agency. She works with Sell Chicago Properties as an independent listing agent and seller outreach partner, an independent contractor rather than an employee, covering Will County and the southwest suburbs along the Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, and Orland Park corridor.

Montserrat runs the multi-party outreach and deal coordination behind our listing campaigns, including the Charrington Estates campaign in Frankfort anchored by 8936 Charrington Dr. She is connected to the NAHREP Top 250 Chicagoland network and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which lets her work seller conversations in whichever language the household prefers.

A family built around real estate

The Fernandez Velasco family is heavily involved in real estate. Montserrat came to Chicagoland as a child from Guadalajara, Mexico, and the family is well known in the Will County community: her father, Robert Velasco, is a carpenter and cabinet installer. Her sister, Brenda Fernandez, shares the same background and leads the editorial and marketing side of Sell Chicago Properties, while Montserrat handles the brokerage and deal side. Two sisters, one property business, with family roots in the trades through their father.
